I came a few minutes late and was told I might not be able have my brows waxed and tinted but they can do my lash lift and tint which I was fine with but they managed to do both for me! “A fantastic practice! I first started seeing Dr O’Brien some 20 years ago. However, after moving very far away I eventually switched dentists (after still travelling hours to Bromley for a few years as I really did not want to have to find a new dentist). The service was never the same at my new surgery, and the customer focussed attention just was not there. This came to a head a month or so ago, so I decided to get back in touch with Rochester Lodge. They were nothing short of amazing and to my delight, Dr O’Brien was still there! I’ve now re-registered and have had three wonderful visits (and I do mean wonderful as I had some serious pain and problems that were resolved professionally). All the staff there, including reception and the nurse have been so welcoming and most have worked there for years. Nice touch is that they remember you! Rochester Lodge is again now our family dentist, even if it takes up half the day to get there and back!”

“After much deliberation over my steadily declining eyebrows, i did some research and saw some really good reviews for Nicole. I booked a consultation and was impressed how professional her home set up is. I felt listened to and she walked me through everything i had any reservations about. I went in for my first appointment which took a little under 3 hours. Nicole painstakingly mapped my brow shape, drew them on and from there we tweaked it to a shape i was happy with. The tattooing machine itself was not painful, more a little grating towards the ens. Once the outline was completed Nicole popped some numbing gel on so i didn't feel anything in the main. Upong completion, we had a look together, added a couple of bits where we agreed it was necessary. Then she talked me through the aftercare. I have a top up appointment coming up which is included in the 1st appt costs. I have been thrilled with how well they have turned out and i have had so many complementa on how natural they look. This is exactly what i wanted to achieve. I can't recommend Nicole enough Pictures added to show one day after and 2 weeks later”
