The dough is soft and perfectly baked, the sauce is full of flavour, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is consistently great. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. The atmosphere is great as the staff are always energetic and being next to the mini box park everyone is quite cheerful! There is seating outside which is handy. I would visit again.”

“I was on vacation this week in London. Found this place on google maps and didn’t expect it to be so good. The food was amazing. The servers were excellent. They were so accommodating. Also didn't keep asking if the food was OK every five minutes which we appreciated. The lamb chops were a standout for me they were amazing. Is the food expensive ? Very.... was it worth it ? £180 for 3 of us ? Absolutely. There is cheap shite out there and then there is this food which is miles ahead of most things we've tried anywhere in the world. We heard some people complain about the service charge but the service was top notch and worth every penny as was the food. Also worth mentioning the portion sizes were huge we boxed some up and made 3 more meals out of it the next day”

“First time visiting this place I always see it when travelling to mother in law house this time me and hubby decided to try it out. We got 6 samosas 6 kochoris dokras jalebi when I say samosas were so nice they were. Actually everything we got was so nice really good. Hetal provided exceptional service so kind. We travelled 8miles for Sunday its good 30 mins only to get something from mother in laws and on way back. Everyone this place is really beats gayatri jalsa shayona supreme as well”
