“Finally got around to visiting today and it was a great experience. Food was quality, staff were super nice and attentive, and the outdoor seating was cute and kept warm. Definitely try the chicken tikka (moist and flavourful!). The tawa was presented really nicely and the portion size was 100% worth the price. Cocktails were tasty and I recommend trying their shooters. We had a few of them and they were nice enough to let us try a new one on the house. Very interesting combinations that I wouldn’t usually think to get but I’m happy that I tried them. I’m sorry we didn’t get your names but all of you were amazing and provided 10/10 service!”

“Their pizza is absolutely amazing — you can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The sauce has the perfect balance of flavor, and the crust is always cooked just right: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Every item on their menu is delicious, not just the pizza — you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. On top of that, the team is fantastic! They’re friendly, welcoming, and always make sure you have a great experience. Excellent food and even better service — highly recommend! We prefer the old pizza and sauce even though their current selection is good we prefer the old one.”

“Had a 3 course set meal as part of our visit to see Starlight Express. Prices for London were more than reasonable given the portion sizes and quality of our food The food was very tasty / full of flavour, lovely and hot and more than adequate portion sizes to sustain us for the rest of the day. Service charge was added to the bill, but didn't object as the staff were very attentive, pleasant and looked after us throughout the meal. Didn't know what to expect as it was offered as part of our ticket purchase for Starlight Express, but very happy we accepted the offer. Other menu options available if the 2 or 3 course set menu doesn't rock your boat”

“We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Shayona Lounge and had a fantastic experience. Communication before the event was timely, the tables and setup were ready when we arrived, and the staff on the day were patient and very helpful. The food was excellent with a great variety, which all our guests enjoyed. The whole process felt stress-free, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and attentive from start to finish. The staff especially F Nadizada, andanand & Shivam made me feel really welcome and made sure everything was just right. The portion sizes were generous and great value for money too. “Amazing chicken tikka madra & garlic nan. Perfect spiciness. Came with a lovely bag of onion/carrot/cucumber. Will definitely come again. The only feedback I would give all the businesses in this block is to tidy up all the rubbish outside the area as it looks so bad and off putting.”
