We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. The nightguard fits with micromillimeter precision and will help retrain my mouth to stop nighttime clenching.”
