I tried the Eggs Benedict and they were perfection—poached eggs cooked just right, velvety hollandaise sauce, and served on a soft, toasted English muffin. Every bite was rich, balanced, and satisfying. And then came the Nutella pancakes—fluffy, warm, and generously layered with Nutella, topped with fresh berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth! The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish, perfect for a laid-back weekend morning. “I recently visited Kaldi Coffee and had an amazing English breakfast. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked halal turkey bacon, sausages, and fresh eggs. The café also offers excellent coffee, smoothies, and milkshakes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my visit very enjoyable. Overall, Kaldi Coffee is a fantastic spot for a great meal and drinks. Highly recommended!”

“This place is under new management and is truly changed for the better, the new rotund boss has made some brilliant changes. Tom who resembles the jolly round butcher we all grew up with, has rebranded as a ‘Tea and sausage sandwich emporium’. You can come and enjoy your pot of lapsang suchong and bacon sarnie until late afternoon. The colourful range of local clientele also makes each visit similar to a visit to the zoo! Well worth a visit! Honestly the only coffee shop in town that is worth frequenting!”

“This is by far the best café I have ever been to! The menu has a wide range of affordable and delicious items - especially the homemade cakes! All of the staff, especially the owner are kind and accommodating. Myself and my boyfriend spend a lot of time here, revising/studying and are always made to feel welcome here. The decor is beautiful and there are occasionally fun events held here in the evening. If you are in Blackhorse Road or a student situated locally, I would definitely recommend visiting as it is my most favourite place to go to! “I went to this coffee shop few days ago, and ordered a cappuccino which was damn amazing. The latte art in that coffee was so good that I even took a picture of it. There was this guy named Parin who was a very good guy exceeding excellent hospitality to his customers. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this coffee shop if you’re craving for fantastic coffee drinks.”

“I’m not often ‘gushy’ over egg on toast but there’s a first time for everything! It’s our last day ‘over beyond’ in England and the breakfasts here have been largely unremarkable and certainly so when compared to the offerings at home. Well, I think England wins to Love against poor old Ireland, thanks to the truly exceptional breakfast at Drop Shot. Every tiny thing on the plate is first rate; the tea is delicious (Bewley’s, so we’ll take a point for that!) the toast, the butter, all exceptional. But the eggs… my goodness… Blindingly orange yolks, poached to nanosecond perfection, jammy and delicious. Himself had the ‘Drop Shot’ which is a full English, I think? Really, every single thing was perfection. I’m disgusted that we wasted three whole breakfasts of our stay at other establishments. My thanks and admiration to whomever chose the produce, and certainly to the chef. Not to mention the lovely servers, who were everywhere all at once but never intrusive, which is a lot harder than it’s supposed to be. We’re ’over Beyond’ a couple times a year, and without doubt; our breakfasts are sorted forever. Don’t wait to visit Drop Shot; make an absolute point of it! ❤️”

“I don’t even know where to begin. It’s the perfect place for every casual dining experience. Really recommend coming here in the morning, great breakfast options made with lots of love. You can also have many other food options including burgers and chicken wraps and much more. In addition to savory foods there are also cakes, cookies and pancakes. A fantastic selection of drinks, coffee made by are proper espresso machine, fresh juices and protein shakes, so much good stuff I can not even list it all! I personally come here every time I go London, the atmosphere is welcoming, casual and fun and you feel invited to spend as much time as you want. Great service with personal interactions. It is also very child friendly making it feel like the family restaurant it is. Just come and try it for yourself!”

“Love this cafe. It is my favourite. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. They have a lot of space for a small place. Their pastries are amazing- my favourite are the croissants but I try to avoid gluten. The breakfasts are great too. My favourite are the corn cakes with the poached egg and chilli jam! They have a lot of vegetarian options which is great! Also gluten free options too. Coffee is great! Highly recommend”
