“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs! Might go put some miles on the car so im back sooner!! Couldn't recommend enough! Thanks John & Co.”

“Our car overheated on the way to the airport, we managed to get it to Golden Keys as it was the nearest garage and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were so lucky to stumble across them. Not only did they squeeze us in despite being really busy but they fixed the issue whilst we was away on holiday. Price was more than reasonable and Ash communicated really well with us every step of the way. They even cleaned up the car and checked for any other issues too. Great garage and really good people. Highly reccomend, they made a big issue for us a really easy fix!”

Within 24 hours of my car being recovered I had a phone call from a very helpful and knowledgeable Emir who spoke with me about the car’s history and then worked out the issue on my car after spending 1 hour of diagnosing. He resolved the issue that most mechanics refused to even look at without charging me ££££ in diagnostics fees.
