“Our little boy joined the baby room at The Hyde in February and he absolutely loves it there. He settled in super quickly and has wonderful fun filled days. The staff are lovely, warm and caring and you can see the bonds between the babies and them. The space is beautiful with lots of light, lovely toys and a really nice garden space where they often spend time. They do lots of activities to learn through play and build relationships with one another. He has really thrived since joining and we love how much he enjoys going and feel really lucky and grateful we found The Hyde.”

“Attended for a Venogram recently. I found where I was supposed to be easily. The nursing staff were so friendly and helpful, reassuring me at every stage. One nurse introduced herself to me who I had spoken with on the phone earlier in the year. She had been so helpful explaining the purpose of the Venogram and arranging when I should attend. When taken to x-ray room it was like walking into a science fiction film set. Again, really lovely nurses and the radiographer explained everything. After the procedure they showed me on a screen what they had found, fascinating to see. Back to the ward where I was offered tea, coffee and a sandwich. The doctor came to see me to explain where we go from here in a really friendly, reassuring way. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you to all the medical team, 5 stars does not seem enough”

“I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. “What a lovely place and service. Raj has been truly amazing in devoting his time and patience to desensitising my dog who was severly anxious of vet visits in the past. He has won his trust and confidence and can now be examined and treated while remaining calm - he is a different dog and Raj a "dog whisperer"!
