“Snowflakes is a great nursery. I'm really happy with it. My 1st son was there from 2009 - 2012 and I'm now back with my daughter who is just under 2. Both my children never cried going into the nursery. Staff are so nurturing , friendly, and professional. The manager is great, very approachable always receives me with a smile and willingness to help and make my daughter experience the best one. My daughter loves it there. I get daily updates with pictures of her and commetns on her development. For the very fewest times my daughter has been unwell or hurt herself whilst at nursery, staff have acted appropriately and informed me promptly. One of great things I love is also the fact that everything is included, from nappies, to milk, to food. For me as a working mum that is great, not to have to worry about having to pack a bag everyday.”

“I popped in for a coffee as I was delivering just around the corner. The place is small but really nice and it created a really nice atmosphere. I ordered the coffee and a cheese and tuna panini with chillies. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was great, I had to wait around 5 minutes but I sat and enjoyed my coffee . It was delicious, and when I gave the owner feedback she mentioned that she only uses the best coffee and her passion for the business was brilliant. I would highly recommend , delicious food, brilliant panini, friendly staff and a great coffee shop with a great atmosphere”

“My daughter has been attending this nursery for a year now when she was 11 months old and I always find her cheerful there - it feels like a second home to her. I would like to say this is one of the best childcare centres in this area. I was very skeptical initially as a mum to leave my daughter the whole day (10hours). All the staff members Veerpal, Dale, Shazia, Tahira, etc including the head teacher Himanshu are so nurturing, supportive, caring, attentive, kind and helpful to her as well as the other babies. I have always found the key worker Veerpal to be very communicative about my daughter's progress (including the online updates about her progress) and the way she allowed my daughter to take her time to settle in. Whenever I needed any kind of adjustments the whole staff including admin team was always supportive and efficient. The staff do invest a lot of time, effort and patience to allow babies to explore and be independent. I was surprised when I saw my daughter wanting to drink water/milk in a cup on her own without spilling, Building sand castles, messy plays, spending a good amount of time daily in the garden, allowing babies to make individual decisions, making shapes out of play dough, exploring natural materials and nature, singing various rhymes and describing the characters from the story, etc They do have a lot of extra activities for kids accompanied by parents. A yearly outdoor (farm) trip for the kids and parents. Visits to religious places accompanied by parents, obstacle course, etc I have seen a lot of improvements and her skills being enhanced each time. I would highly recommend the Grove house infant centre to anyone looking for a childcare / nursery in the area.”

“Dr Nandra is God sent. He has treated me for various issues from skin problems and deep emotional issues. His diagnosis is unbelievable and he treats the real cause of your issues. I have recommended many friends and family members to him and they have all been very happy with his treatment. People need to open their eyes to homeopathy. He is a great homeopath. Highly intelligent and educated. He has even inspired me to understand and learn about homeopathy as I don't believe in the western approaches to treat illnesses permanently. “I cannot praise this Nursery and their staff enough! My son only took a week to get settled, he absolutely felt the love and warmth from the staff and amazing atmosphere delivered by the staff. Folu is the most outstanding Nursery manager I have ever come across or spoken to, she treats all the children like her own and every single member of staff is fantastic. Communication is great, both informal and formal. All staff took time to get to know my son, they know his likes, dislikes and encouraged him to make friends, which his previous nursery didn't do, and he isn't just a number on the books he is an actual valued part of this nursery, just like all of the children. I know my son is safe in this environment and honestly I cannot express in words how amazing the staff and the structure is. My son notices when any one member of staff is on leave and he gets excited seeing Folu and all the staff. That's how I know he is loved and cared for amazingly. My son knows the days of the week, he knows the 12 months of the year and even all the seasons and all this has been from this nursery; from the playful way they teach the children. The staff encourage reading and ask for families to do certains tasks at home alongside what they're doing at the nursery. I could keep writing about how much I love this nursery! But I'll end this review with the following: My son previously attended an " Ofsted outstanding" nursery, and it was an unsafe, uncaring and robotic environment, where they didn't practice safeguarding correctly. Thankfully we found Kiddiecare and moved his here! And Kiddiecare IS outstanding in my opinion, whether they have the Ofsted rating or not. My child is safe, secure, cared for by loving individuals, he is happy and thriving and Safeguarding and child happiness is the main priority here! If you want that for your child, I'd highly recommend this nursery. Thank you Folu and the whole team for being so amazing!”
