“I cannot praise this Nursery and their staff enough! My son only took a week to get settled, he absolutely felt the love and warmth from the staff and amazing atmosphere delivered by the staff. Folu is the most outstanding Nursery manager I have ever come across or spoken to, she treats all the children like her own and every single member of staff is fantastic. Communication is great, both informal and formal. All staff took time to get to know my son, they know his likes, dislikes and encouraged him to make friends, which his previous nursery didn't do, and he isn't just a number on the books he is an actual valued part of this nursery, just like all of the children. I know my son is safe in this environment and honestly I cannot express in words how amazing the staff and the structure is. My son notices when any one member of staff is on leave and he gets excited seeing Folu and all the staff. That's how I know he is loved and cared for amazingly. My son knows the days of the week, he knows the 12 months of the year and even all the seasons and all this has been from this nursery; from the playful way they teach the children. The staff encourage reading and ask for families to do certains tasks at home alongside what they're doing at the nursery. I could keep writing about how much I love this nursery! But I'll end this review with the following: My son previously attended an " Ofsted outstanding" nursery, and it was an unsafe, uncaring and robotic environment, where they didn't practice safeguarding correctly. Thankfully we found Kiddiecare and moved his here! And Kiddiecare IS outstanding in my opinion, whether they have the Ofsted rating or not. My child is safe, secure, cared for by loving individuals, he is happy and thriving and Safeguarding and child happiness is the main priority here! If you want that for your child, I'd highly recommend this nursery. Thank you Folu and the whole team for being so amazing!”

“I have being sending Barney to Halo Dogs for around 2 years, and trust me when I say if Barney didn't like it he wouldn't go. The team at HALO are amazing and look after Barney as though he was their own, when Barney comes back from Day School I can just tell he has had a fun actioned packed fun day. I am also really appreciative of the pick up and drop off service from my home or my work place, the ease of the booking system and the the general organisation of how Halo Dogs runs. Barney and I highly recommend Halo, while you dog is living their best life, you can rest assure that your dog will be in very safe and caring hands.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Small Paw Adventures, run by Sam is just fantastic. Ozzy, my dog, has been going to Sam for day care since he was little, he’s now 2. He absolutely adores her and the time they have together. Last night he did his first sleepover in preparation for a holiday we have booked and Sam sent me messages and updated me. Sam is professional and kind, a winning combination when it comes to our fur babies. I trust her implicitly and feel total confidence to get on with my day, knowing he’s happy and safe! “Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”

“I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, I’ve seen him thrive in so many ways. The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. “Having had experience with another nursery prior to moving to the area a year and a half ago, we can honestly say The Fountain is run with transparency, integrity, and our children's well being at heart of what they do. Staff are friendly, informative and honest. Our two boys joined at 1 and 3 years old and they have loved it, from the staff and friends they've made, to the array of daily activities, as well as events that parents/caretakers can join. They have both thrived in this environment and we would highly recommend.”

“My son began attending Butterflies in September 2021, and I can only share positive feedback about this nursery. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff deserve praise as they know how to connect with children and are highly creative. I appreciate that the children engage in different activities every day. As full-time parents, we value the communication and photos shared through the phone application, which allows us to track our son's progress and daily activities. Additionally, the nursery offers various ad-hoc booking sessions that make our lives easier. While these depend on availability, they are extremely beneficial, particularly the "early starter" option, which we frequently use. Lastly, the owner and manager, Danielle, is very helpful, approachable and finds time to speak to all parents. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to all parents—your kids will love it.”

“I highly recommend Georgiana, from our very first session she created a safe space where we both felt immediately comfortable. Her approach was gentle but full of wisdom, our session flowed effortlessly and was never reminded about time. Georgiana is full of empathy and words resonated with us, she didn’t even have to ask to many questions we just opened up and quite often she knew what we were going to say, this is how great she is at what she does. Georgiana’s kindness extended beyond our session, she took time out of her morning to check on us. “Our daughter has been full time at Bumble Bees for 18 months and it is a truly wonderful nursery. She is surrounded by love and care and she has deep bonds with several of the staff. Since starting the pre-school group in September her development has been really noticeable. The activities are varied and interesting and our daughter relishes the learning. “I took little pickle to the vets yesterday as she had injured her leg and was not putting any weight onto it. I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. I couldn’t of asked for a better service. the vet was very honest, very helpful and great at keeping Pickle so calm when she was examining her. I would definitely recommend Parkvets to anybody looking for a vet. Thanks again for your help.”

“Went for a children's parkour class. Very clean building with lots of space. Reception was very helpful and polite and the hall we were in was spacious with a store room for sports equipment.”

“Little Learners Northwood is a wonderful nursery with a team of caring and nurturing staff who really do go above and beyond for the children. My son has been attending for a year and is thriving thanks to the wonderful team. They take great care of all the children and are so friendly and welcoming. It's wonderful to recieve pictures during the day to see what our son has been up to. Every day the teachers set up different activities based on themes throughout the year such as mothers day, diwali, Halloween, Christmas etc. We are so pleased we chose Little Learners for our son.”
