Lindsay has a wealth of technical knowledge and swimming experience that really shows. She also is a great coach, technique is taught clearly and she adapts what to focus on in each lesson based on my individual ability and current progress - this helps make the learning process more effective and learning technique more digestible. Lindsay has a patient and energetic coaching style, and I'm seeing great progress against my own swim goals - thank you! I'm fairly new to the triathlon world, and prior to starting with Turner Swim, I've previously really struggled with swimming, and nearly gave up triathlons as a result. However, I decided to get lessons with Turner Swim - I'm so pleased I did! I'm more confident, and my swimming progress has been greater than I personally expected so I'm really pleased!”

She was looked after incredibly well, guided, and settled in a brilliant class – now she has found her group and made a whole new group of friends. Not many clubs hit the right note with staff, communication to parents, and children being brilliant, taught, and looked after... Having booked an appointment for 12:45 and arriving early, i was still waiting at 13:15 to be seated. I was then left with foils on my hands for an extended period of time while the ladies completed other clients treatments. Once someone eventually came to do my nails, as they finished someone else’s, my arm was then pulled vigorously again and again before being passed onto another member of staff to finish the design which at first didn’t match (i was having french tips). I eventually left the nail shop 1hr and 45 mins later for an appointment which usually takes 45 mins. This is a disappointing experience after regularly coming for 2+ years. edit- salon has been in contact and explained the situation and rectified the mistake. I am impressed with the proactivity and appreciate the gesture of righting their mistake, maintaining their professionalism. thank you.”
