“Went for a different cut which was quite a bit shorter than the usual. I was persuaded to trust the hairdresser and that he would make it look good. They were right, it did look good ! I was happy with the change. The couple were friendly and the lady gave me a great head massage during the shampoo. We were glad of the recommendation.”

“Today I went to and get builder gel done with nail extensions .I was greeted by the staff and given time to select the colour I wanted. I already had a design in mind. My nail tech Narges was very friendly and her attention to detail was great. She really did go above and beyond making sure to make the colour and design from my picture. She took her time at each stage. A great overall experience, just maybe have a separate price list for nail art. I would go back”

“Alona my nail tech is absolutely brilliant. She’s very precise and thorough. Very polite. Her nail tech is perfect. I would definitely recommend Alona to anyone. She’s perfect. I feel the salon owner does need to update the colours and introduce new colours. Also the nail technicians need to be allowed a little more time than 30 mins, sometimes it feels like a rush job. Although Alona does a perfect job every time. But the customer service skills by the management need to be a bit more polite and professional.”

“I had a fantastic treatment at Rose Clinic in early November. Rose treated me with my first exosomes micro needling session. Rose was absolutely fantastic, explaining each step of the procedure as she went along. Despite not using any local anaesthetic agents, the procedure was very tolerable and not painful at all. My face was slightly red (which is expected with this treatment) for a couple of hours only. The aftercare instructions were very clear. The next morning the skin on my face felt tighter and refreshed. I received a lot of compliments from colleagues who were keen to know what treatment I have had to get such glowing skin.
