“All of my 5 children have been at Pelham - my eldest will be 20 this year . It has always been an amazing inclusive community school where teachers and support staff stay - some are teaching children of children they once taught ! 2 of my boys have autism and the school have been quick and dedicated at making sure their needs have been identified and met and have always been top notch with communication. They also have a Hearing impared unit within the school so children all learn sign language and are taught acceptance and understanding I will leave there next year as my youngest will be off to secondary It is such a big part of our family story and I will be very sad to say goodbye”

“My family and I have been using this surgery since 2018 and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful, and the doctors all brilliant. Appointments, despite typical NHS burdens, are always timely and the GP staff one of the best I've had the benefit of being able to call on. I struggle to understand lots of the negative comments on here but guess only a rare few who've had an issue might bother to post (hence my posting my experiences today). I do particularly find using the app and website for logging issues/queries super quick so possibly would recommend that to folks who might want to avoid the morning phone rush for appointments.”

“This is one of the best convenience stores i have ever visited. The owners are very friendly and extremely welcoming and the inside of the store looks really modern and very clean. The store is neatly arranged and has a very good organisation system that you can clearly see where all the products are and they are always stocked up so never have to worry about the products not being there and even if there isn’t, the owner will personally make sure that is stocked up for the next time you come which i think is excellent customer service. I visit this store everyday because it has everything i need and so i recommend it to everyone.”
