Let’s fly travel came to me as an blessing ! 2020 being sucha stressfull year I was very spectacular about whether I should book an holiday to Egypt for December 2020 or not , and how the holiday would turn out to be. I looked for various companies and deals online that put me in two minds whether I should book the holiday or not with high prices exceeding my budget ! Until I came across Monju’s company on Instagram called let’s fly travel. I contacted monju on the phone for an quote and couple questions and he helped me with very clear and coherent guidance and a quote the same day ! All the way up-to answering queries, booking flights and accommodation and transfer, helping me acquire health insurance , confirming flights details , doing my holiday extension whilst I was on holiday and checking in my flights to come back to London . Monju has done everything so professionally and attentively ! Honestly if it wasn’t for monju I wouldn’t of had booked my trip to Egypt and had such a beautiful ending to 2020 and a fresh new start to 2021. Before leaving the uk I had initially booked the holiday for 7 nights in a family room but to my surprise when I arrived in Egypt monju upgraded me to family suite free of charge as a special treat for me and my family he ensured that my room Was pool view and was in the best location of the hotel and contacted the staff there in management and restaurants to ensure that my stay was comfortable and I was looked after. I loved my stay so much and monju was always in contact with me 24/7 answering any queries I had even advising me the money exchange rates, shopping malls I can visit and where to book excursions and what to expect on them with the best prices !! One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju. He is the best travel agent ! His services and duties he has carried out and fulfilled exceed his role as an travel agent. He ensures that he exceeds customer satisfaction and looks after his customers all the way from acquiring an quote, booking everything , making sure ur okay on holiday and follow up contact when your back. I have never felt so safe, and enjoyed my holiday without any stress as monju handled everything. he offers the most best competitive price and ensures that all your needs are met! “WE use ATS Minibuses on a regular basis we are a large family of 10 persons 8 brothers & sisters ages between 24 through to 48 Ats often takes members of the family to the airports when we go on holidays or weekend breaks, they are always on time there vehicles whist they may-not be the newest but they are always very clean & tidy, the drivers are always dressed smartly & always have been very helpful when loading our personal luggage , this week we used one of there Double Decker bus to go to Colchester Zoo for my daughters 11th Birthday 68 children & 10 of the parents we had a lovely time the bus was on time & very clean in side, all in all ATS made our day out a very pleasant experience.”

“Bluebell Ward B at Queens hospital have very caring, patient and courteous nursing staff. I have no idea how they do it. They’re busy nursing yet constantly plagued with requests from elderly patients for tea/water/food (despite these things being in front of patients). One patient had them running round like servants/staff in a 5 star hotel yet they are still pleasant and patient with her - amazing!”
