“I absolutely love my classic/hybrid eyelash extensions. I have been trying to find Sylwia for three years now since I first went to her in 2022, unaware that she had changed her business name! But that being said, she has never let me down, always listens to what you want and does it perfectly. The retention is almost too good to be true! All I can say is that if you want anything specific, Sylwia is always there, ready to listen and ready to do exactly what you want with your eyelashes. Not to forget to mention that her place is clean, hygienic, relaxing vibes and the bed is comfortable (I even managed a quick nap!). Thank you Sylwia, I got a lot of compliments for my eyelashes at the wedding! I will not hesitate to return in future.”

“I booked Organic Beauty Surrey for a mani/pedi for my wedding party and Laura (and her neighbour Debbie) were absolutely wonderful. I felt so lucky to have found this place! I was looking for a relaxed setting to do mani/pedis with my bridesmaids and mother the day before my wedding (a party of 5 total). It was surprisingly difficult to find as most manicure/pedicure salons or spas cannot accommodate more than 2 at a time (usually requiring the rest of us to wait elsewhere). When I stumbled upon Organic Beauty Surrey it was exactly what I was looking for and simply perfect. Laura was super communicative throughout the booking process and so accommodating. When we arrived, Laura and Debbie welcomed us as if we were old friends and the service and treatments were impeccable. I was so happy to have a relaxed, private and friendly setting to be with my closest family and friends before my wedding! “I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. I even recommended her to my father-in-law, and thanks to her treatments he has made remarkable progress since his stroke. Over the past year, Kai and her team have worked hard to improve his circulation and muscle movement, and we’ve seen a real difference in his independence and mobility. I’ve also had treatments from Abi, including regular eyebrow waxing and tinting, as well as her incredible Korean facials. These facials have improved my skin so much that even my husband noticed the difference — especially the reduction in blackheads on my nose!”

I’d been feeling a little anxious beforehand (despite having followed them on Instagram since 2018), but when I explained my concerns to Miah (who did my facial), she listened without any judgement and immediately made me feel at ease by explaining what would be best suited for my skin and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Miah worked through a double cleanse, dermaplaning, steam, vacuum, extractions, and an LED mask — basically, a glow-up. She talked me through everything step by step, which was super helpful, but also gave me the space to fully relax and switch off, which I appreciated. Somehow, she managed to be both informative and calming whilst delivering a service with care & gentle hands — honestly, I think she might secretly be a magician. I left feeling refreshed, comfortable, and really happy with the whole experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves (and their skin)!”

Store was very clean and everything was easy to find and well labeled. For a quick trip to buy household items, this a great little shop. They have some great bargains too. Disable access, there are no steps anywhere. No toilet that I noticed.”

Whilst sitting in the chair I was still indecisive, my my stylist Michaela was amazing, she put me at ease and gave me the pros and cons, talked me through what style of bob would suit my face shape. At the same time Maia was walking through the salon and overheard our conversation and encouraged me to do it. Best decision I’ve ever made. Everytime I’ve been back since for the upkeep, I’ve been treated with nothing but professionalism, and respect, nothing is ever too much.”

“The microtox facials have totally changed my skin. I’m been seeing Ellie since early 2023, after having hydrofacials regularly elsewhere, but still getting bad acne and maybe only a week of clear skin inbetween 6-week sessions. On meeting Ellie, she immediately recommended a microtox facial, and since then I’ve been every 4 weeks like clockwork. She’s brilliant with the extractions (even when the nose hurts!) and she should massage at the end makes it all worth it. My skin glows and I get so many compliments that I’m regularly sharing her Instagram and business pages. In the run up to me wedding last year, Ellie was amazing with my facials, SkinPen on my back for extra glowy skin everywhere. I could not recommend her highly enough - if I could give her ten stars, I would!”
