“This is the best café/greasy spoon in the whole of south London. I say south London because I can’t comment on what cafés in other areas of London alike.. The owner is an amazing gentleman he is kind hospitable warm and welcoming. It is a comfortable service from start to end. He’s very attentive fantastic for families. Fantastic for builders fantastic for mums who just wanna have a cup of tea and a catch up. Or even if you’re going in for a hangover breakfast! This place is for everybody there are vegetarian halal and of course the traditional pork options. I myself eat halal food whilst my husband does not eat halal food and we both were able to have an exceptional meal. Cafés like this are the last of a dying breed this place is real community!”

“Ive been to this wee local pub a few times, always friendly and good banter! Its nice to get away from the hussle an bussle of the high street of croydon tho your only just around the corner.. wee places like this are becoming very rare and in time will eventually be pushed out by other big clubs/pubs doing student nights and cheap drinks night, this pub seems to have a loyal community following and long may it last! Ill definitely be back.”

“We held our Christmas party at Project B last night. It was such a fun time in a fabulous venue! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us including setting up table tennis! The DJ mixed in our favourite requests and kept us dancing through the night. “I went in there with two dogs and very pleased that the lady offered me water for the dogs as well as treats. It seems to have improved since new management have taken over. I didn’t have food but did see other customers with food and it looked good so I’m tempted to try it. I think the dogs give you 10 out of 10 for the crisps and water. Lol”

“Saturday was the first night for the Cinema at St John’s. It was an amazing experience in a beautiful building with a welcoming friendly team of helpers. You don’t expect to find a proper licensed bar, hot dogs and a variety of delicious sweets and snacks in such a place. The screen is huge and the sound is as good as any cinema that I have been to and they had subtitles. I will definitely be there next time on 19th October for Bohemian Rhapsody.”

“Great Place! We where visiting and some one told us about this Place. We did not have reservations. We did not have to wait long for a table. Food was great and Staff very friendly. Thank you to the Manager ( Andrew). He was sweet and gave us some tips about other things to do while traveling. We really enjoyed there desserts. One is mine... waffles with chocolate & vanilla ice cream, shaved chocolate, and strawberries. The other one is my Husband's ... Banoffee waffles... waffles, banana, toffee/caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream.”
