I also wish I went to therapy sooner because there are so many studies and learnings about the human brain and way we evolved/think/react/process events/etc., it's crazy it doesn't form part of our basic education. “This is the 3rd Millennium hotel that I have stayed at in London and is the best in my opinion. The executive rooms are amazing, from decor, Nespresso machine and free mini bar to the comfy bed, desk and huge TV! There was also dressing gown and slippers. I was welcomed with a personalised card and fruit bowl too. The service from everyone was professional, polite and always quick service on reception despite the hotel always being busy. Breakfast was varied and plentiful in a beautiful dining room. I particularly liked the porridge, fruit salad and coffee. Only slight issues - no body lotion or tissues in room and Humphreys bar only served drinks in plastic cups - didn't match the 4 star experience of hotel. Would definitely recommend those wanting a good base in London.”
