“In store experience was good, we ordered a sofa at the beginning of May which would take an estimated 12 weeks for delivery. After 11weeks we received an email providing a delivery date which is in a week’s time and asking for balance. At this point we thought we’d ask the store if they know of anyone local to discard the old sofa and we stumbled over many bad google reviews about problems and got worried. Admittedly the Slough store never called us back (as requested by the SCS customer service), but our enquiry was not related to the purchase and review on trustpilot for overall feedback and delivery service was good. A day before the delivery we were given a time window. On the day we received a call half an hour before delivery. The team was great and efficient. And the sofa is as we ordered.”

Why is this review 5 stars? Because the person I spoke with on the switchboard, approx 1600 on Friday 17th, was utterly brilliant. They tried everything they could to help, and were a joy to speak with. Whoever they are, please pass on my sincere thanks.”
