I felt welcomed and really well looked after ( usually find a trip to the hairdresser a little uncomfortable as not big on pampering ).... my stylist, Georgie... made me feel really ‘at ease’, listening to my comments and advising my cut ....and I genuinely enjoyed my experience! “I usually don't shop here as it is above my budget but this department store is a fantastic place for gift ideas. The kitchenware and utensils are best to get during their Blue Cross sales days especially after the festive season and Spring sales. The store has 2 floors for home and kitchenware including home furniture. I like browsing through the store for on sale items or for gifts. For those who don't like hunting for bargains, this is a good place to shop. Customer service is good but there is often a queue for the tills.”

“Carriann is the ONLY dog groomer I will ever use. Carriann goes above and beyond to bond with the animal she is grooming to make the experience enjoyable for both herself and the pet. Carriann is exceptionally skilled at what she does and I trust her 100% with my dog. Teddy is epileptic and Carriann takes her time with him and updates me straight afterwards with so much detail which I love. Teddy always goes in and comes out happy. I have followed Carriann even when she moved and now I live nearly 2 hours from her but there is no one in the world I trust more than Carriann and she will be grooming my dogs for as long as she can :) thank you for always being the best!”
