“Went in to Split Endz last week and was told by the owner that it's better to book an appointment, so i booked one for today. She doesn't do fresh cuts, so I had mine washed, cut and then blow dried, all the while wearing a black jacket covering and then a pink towel over my shoulders. I had long hair and wanted my hair to be cut to shoulder length and straight all the way across, which all cost £30. And as Lisa started cutting the back, she showed me with mirrors how it looks so far and asked if I was happy with the length or for it to be cut a bit more. The atmosphere, people who came in and the owner herself felt friendly and comfortable to be around and all throughout Lisa and I had good conversation about her shop and she answered any questions I had about hair.
