I’ve always had a really pleasant experience — the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the showers are great! I know some of the reviews on here aren’t the best, but personally, I’ve never had a problem. It’s perfect for a short stay in London, and the location is ideal. Always a reliable, comfortable option for me.”
