“Sushi with really good quality and cheap price! I like that they also make lunch boxes even in the evening. The atmosphere of the place was hype since it was a match day. Highly recommended if you are finding good quality sushi box. Also able to take-away.”
“Super fresh food, friendly and kind staff! Especially the Spanish waiter. Best sushi I had in so long, will definitely be back. Amazing discounts for the eat out to help out offer!”
“We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Vicky and Emilia for giving us the best service we could have hoped for. From the moment we arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly looked after. What impressed us most was their patience and kindness, even while managing a very busy restaurant. They never made us feel rushed, and every request was met with a smile and such professionalism. It’s rare to see such a perfect balance of efficiency and warmth, especially when the pace is so fast. They handled everything with grace and genuine care, and it made our experience so much more special. We left feeling not only satisfied with the food but also really happy thanks to the atmosphere they created. Thank you again, Vicky and Emilia – you’re a credit to the restaurant!”
“Great service, loved the suggestions for our drinks and food. Will definitely return.”
“Amazing place. Went for the buffet option with my partner. The service was great and the sushi was fantastic. Had a lovely time. Will definitely be back.”
“I have been here many times and it is always a good experience. The food is always fresh and tasty. I love the seared salmon! The staff is friendly and processes the orders quickly. I wish the place were a bit bigger so there were more seats available, but anyways, it's always a good experience. Strongly recommended!”
“Beautiful shop and wonderful exhibition of 100 traditional Japanese artisans on the lower ground floor. This is accompanied by a lovely film showing the techniques used. Exquisite atmosphere, fantastic experience. I'll definitely return.”
“We reserved the place for 15 people yesterday. I'm a vegetarian and was a little unsure, but they have so many vegetarian options. We ate so much (food coma mode)! It was delicious and was garnished so beautifully. Also, the staff was super polite. Really had fun there. Thank you Sushi Co! ❤️ A must try for vegetarians: Bau buns, Tampura, Spring rolls and of course the Sushi box/platter.”
“Very nice sushi, newly opened opposite to where I live. I ordered salmon set, the price is reasonable and the sashimis are very very fresh. I would come back definitely.”
“A true Thai Pan Asian paradise! Every bite was bursting with flavor and the staff made the whole experience unforgettable. Yori Sushi is easily my new favorite spot!”
“Recommended by our hotel, and steps away, this place was spot on! I’d go back even if not near our hotel. We had the Arancini, Garganelli pasta with Parma ham and asparagus (manager’s suggestion), and a simple but perfect rocket and parm salad. A couple of glasses of wine and it was all was delicious!”
“Wonderful pizza place! The staff were so lovely, the atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the food was so authentic and delicious. Truly, some of the best pizza my partner and I have ever had. We will be coming back!”
“If you are familiar with my predilication towards pizza, you knew there would be an obligatory London pizza taste test. I looked into a variety of pizza parlors, but nothing brings on more of a sense of hygge or warmth like a Neapolitan pizza. Luckily, there was one fairly close to us off Bankside in the Waterloo area. As we approached the restaurant we were blown away by the Waterloo area. This reminded me of trendy little inner city village. There are plenty of eating spots, the area felt safe, and Waterloo Station is here if you want to jet off to another part of London. As we approached Crust Bros we noticed that it was a full house. We put our name down, and with a 15min wait we decided to explore the area a little more. Also, they will take your phone number, put it in the system, and they text you that you are on the waiting list, and they will also text you when your table is ready. It did take slightly longer than the initial estimate of 15min, but this is because they were shutting down the patio seating and relied solely on the interior to slowly clear out. The exterior does has a lovely patio with good seating and great people watching. The interior definitely has a pizza parlor vibe with some contemporary aspects. For one, the pizza oven is shaped to look like a Lego chef head. The menu is not overly complicated. There is a core listing of tried and true pizza options, build your own options, starters, and salads. The drink menu is also relatively small, but has great choices like local brews, house wines, and Italian beer. Like most brick oven/wood fired pizza establishments, you won't have to wait long for your food. And each pizza comes out looking like the perfect little Neapolitan pizza. Some tips: Use the oil that they have placed on the table. This is a spicy infused olive oil. The flavor and heat is subtle, but it definitely adds to your eating experience. If you are looking to try the cocktails there is a "buy 2 for $12" option that will save you some money. These pizzas are not heaving like other pizza styles. If you are thinking of sharing but you are hungry, definitely consider getting your own pizza. You can always take it to you. Also, the Old Vic can is located here and can actually be seen from the patio of Crust Bros. If you get a chance, take in a show at this historic no-for-profit theater. While I have now officially tried some of the best pizza London has to offer, I may have to try another pizza spot... just to see if this is a one off, or if London really does knows their stuff! Cheers!!”
“The restaurant exceeded my expectations! The staff were so polite and nice and provided impeccable service, and every dish I tasted was a delight to the senses. I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful dining experience. Will comeback soon.”
“Very lovely small place for Italian food. We ordered some pasta. The tomato sauce with penne was the best I ever had. My husband had spaghetti carbonara and he was also very satisfied.”
“Fantastic Sushi restaurant. Staff is nice. I love the sushi set so much. Material is fresh and delicious. Tuna and Salmon both are premium than most other restaurants. I love the hojicha taste. The ginger is impressive.”
“Had lunch at UMU today and was blown away. The space has such an elegant atmosphere—calm, refined, and perfect for a mid-day escape from the city noise. The menu was outstanding; every bite was fresh, delicate, and perfectly balanced. It really is luxury Japanese dining at its finest. The service was exceptional as well, with great recommendations and attention to detail. A flawless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable lunch in London.”
“The place is really good looking. The food is amazing and tasty. Service is brilliant too, always polite and happy to help. The atmosphere is really nice and tidy. Overall I enjoyed this sushi restaurant and will give it solid 5/5 stars.”
“Very nice sushi, newly opened opposite to where I live. I ordered salmon set, the price is reasonable and the sashimis are very very fresh. I would come back definitely.”
“Great value for the price. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent.”
“♥ Japanese quality with fresh fish sourced from Europe and Japan. We’ve already been twice this month for the lunch omakase menu (£85), and each time has been excellent. Every piece is fresh and lightly seasoned, so you really taste the fish. I’ve been to Japan many times and tried various omakase – Cube definitely offers an authentic experience that’s comparable to what you’d get there. The restaurant is fairly quiet and the service is attentive. Highly recommend sitting at the counter for a fancy lunch or a catch-up with friends!”
“It’s as authentic as it gets for Japanese food in London. It’s not only the fresh fish, but equally important, freshly prepared good quality rice, that makes for superior taste. Often times it’s the rice that sets apart the average sushi (like Taro) from the good, like Sushi Show. The lighting and interior could really do with a makeover, it comes across as cheap, too bright, not intimate. It doesn’t do justice to the great food. But it’s the food we came for. And it’s the food we come back for.”
“Such a lovely experience at Sushico! We got so many tasty vegetarian options and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server — a sweet young girl with the warmest smile … surprised us with a mochi strawberry cheesecake and a beautiful handwritten card. We ordered veg tempura, veg poke bowl, veg & chicken katsu bao buns and udon noodles. Highlights and absolute favourites: the veg tempura and the veg bao buns. Yum yum yum!!”
“First of all, that Korean kimchi pancake is really tasty as it’s so doughy but crispy outside. The ice cream would be the perfect ending of the meal!”
“We booked a table for 5 and were lucky enough to be served by Michael who was kind and attentive. The food was amazing. Most of us had pizza which was fresh and delicious. The younger members also enjoyed the delicious gelato afterwards. We look forward to returning again”
“I would give 10 starts if I could! My fiancé and I visited for late lunch (a lot of places close at 3pm and reopen at 5/6pm in Fulham so we were very pleased you were open!) and had the whole place for ourselves and the very own owner serving us with the most amazing Italian food you can ever have! Do not hesitate for a second to come to this place, the vibe the music the staff the space and the FOOD were all so amazing that we felt very sad to be leaving. Honestly your pizza and tiramisu especially were unreal and we can’t wait to come back!!!! Grazie mille ♥️”
“Great sushi that tastes extremely fresh. There are places to sit so you can watch the sushi being prepared and they are comfy.”
“Visited last Monday during a week-long stag celebration and wow what a hidden gem! The garlic bread is quite honestly the best we’ve ever tasted and the cocktails were superb - and I think we tried the entire menu between us! Wonderful service, stayed open for us too. We can’t thank you enough, will definitely visit again if in the area!”
“I just came in my mom for an parental outing and we decided to go here. It was so much better then I expected. Food was so good I ate it up in under five minutes. And the staff seemed very nice, queue went along fast as well. 10/10 would definitely order from here again”
“The food is absolutely amazing. The presentation on the plate is just gorgeous. I love eel and tuna the most. The lack of music makes this place a bit too loud with all the people talking. They could play some lo-fi or other relaxing music. Also the waiter seems too shy and not too talkative, like he's afraid of people or trying to run away from customers. Anyway it's another positive visit here. Definitely coming back again soon.”
