“I have previously had fillers in my lips at a different clinic which I wasn’t very happy about, and months later I decided “I need a change and need to fix this”. After recommendations, research and a friendly conversation with Roxana for a consultation on deciding together the best for my lips, I knew I was going to be happy!! Roxana was so so lovely from the start!! From the moment I met her, I felt safe, in good hands and again happy, as I knew the results were going to come out amazing. Throughout the appointment she was so professional! It was so comforting how she would always ask if I am ok. And I also loved how clean she kept her environment. “Very good Veterinary Practice. Easy parking outside. Very thorough treatment by Vets. Easy to get appointments. Nice friendly staff. Good waiting area. We had not had a dog for many years. So had not claimed on our Pet Insurance. The Practice claimed for us. From when we first took him to them.”

“Got a haircut from the young African British guy on the last chair when you walk in. He was doing a great job with the blade and then loads of customers randomly came into the shop 10 minutes after me and then the 2 other barbers started talking in their African language telling him to hurry up. I told my barber to ignore the uncles and take his time. Paid my barber double the price £40 in cash and gave him a cold bottle of water from the local corner shop because it’s a hot day! Moral of the story, “Don’t tell your colleague to rush someone’s haircut” I could easily give this shop a 1 star review but I’m not because I believe in giving people second chances!”

“Sciatica treatment. Firstly I’m terrified of needles. But I was in so much pain I was desperate to see anybody who could help. All the chiropractors in my area were fully booked so I stumbled across Dr Hong and Herbal medic acupuncture clinic on Google. I had two treatments a week for the first four sessions and after that three more treatments, at a week apart. I began to feel better after my second treatment and fully healed after my sixth session. I can’t thank Dr Hong enough. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I totally recommend her to everybody.”

“Today I went to and get builder gel done with nail extensions .I was greeted by the staff and given time to select the colour I wanted. I already had a design in mind. My nail tech Narges was very friendly and her attention to detail was great. She really did go above and beyond making sure to make the colour and design from my picture. She took her time at each stage. A great overall experience, just maybe have a separate price list for nail art. I would go back”
