She listened to what we did & didn’t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. “Excellent food! We recently found out about Bang Bang and we’re able to try T.H.E Formosa and we’re delighted at how good it was. We had the popcorn chicken, bao, and pak choi. The chicken was perfect - it was crispy and succulent and so tasty. The bao was just as delicious as was the steamed pak choi. The pak choi in particular was fantastic. It had a lovely smoky flavour and came with a lovely dressing. There’s lots to choose from at Bang Bang but T.H.E Formosa is definitely my favourite!”

“My first evening in London after a long journey I ate at HAWLER. This was the best decision I made that day. The restaurant is bustling with a nice atmosphere and very hospitable staff. I had the lamb and chicken tikka and before even ordering I already had received a complimentary bowl of lentil soup, which was very delicious and lovely to warm up from the cold outside. The meal was wonderful as the charred meat was rich, tasty and tender. The table was so full with all kinds of extras to eat with the meal, something I am not used to but enjoy greatly. Very affordable price, I would recommend anyone in the area to check this restaurant out. First and definitely not last time I am having Iraqi cuisine!”

“Came here with a friend for lunch & was greeted by a friendly waiter who seated us. Has a very wide variety on menu & good prices. Good arrives pretty quickly & is very fresh & tasty. Good portion sizes as well. Waiter explained the options available with the skewers which was either 2 with chips or rice or 3 with bread & sauces. We asked if salad serves with meal & he said no but could order a side salad as well which was lovely & fresh. This came with our starters which was not a problem. When mains came they were served with a lettuce & raw onion as well as bread with a spicy sauce which made the meals very filling in now . Unfortunately we could not eat all but definitely great value for money. The only slight thing that let down service was when asked if we were finished we said yes & for the Fatayer to be packed for takeaway. At this point I would have expected the waiter to clear our table but instead we were left seated with our unfinished plates. Would have been nicer experience if they had been cleared away & not left until after we had paid bill & left. Despite this small let down would come back again as food was very good.”
