A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). “Golds gym is a great all rounder gym with great changing rooms which house a woman’s only jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The swimming pool is great and also has another jacuzzi. The gym has two floors of equipment, with an extensive weight selection. The classes are very popular so book early to avoid dis-appointment. The cleaners work really hard in keeping the gym lovely and clean and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming.”

“Above and beyond . . . Last Saturday I ordered a takeaway Jalfrezi and a Meat Thali. Delivery was within the hour (even on a busy evening). I found that there were various dishes but wasn't sure that it was a Thali, which is one of my favourites from the Longfield Tandoori. I phoned to ask if the Thali menu had changed. I wasn't complaining, but with no hesitation they apologised and sent a traditional Thali straight away, which arrived in minutes. I've been a customer here for over ten years, but this was exceptional. Once again, many thanks!”
