“The staff at the salon are always so welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in. They create such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I’ve had my eyebrows and pedicure done here multiple times, and each visit has been a great experience. They always take their time to make sure everything looks perfect and that I’m completely happy before I leave. If there’s ever anything that needs a small touch up or adjustment, they’re more than happy to fix it with a smile. It’s always a pleasure coming here the whole team is professional, kind, and really dedicated to great service.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

She then went above and beyond making sure I was tested for every other possible issue, vaxxed to the max and put on Prep. “Excellently run garage and fair prices with some parking space. Nice chap running it (Dave), and extremely knowledgeable, he gave me good advice while carrying out my MOT. He even agreed to do it before 8am when the garage opens so I'd be logged in at work on time. “I'm also a resident here, and I feel it's necessary to address the complaints about summer odors from the bin area. While indeed smells were present in the intense heat, the reviews criticizing the concierges failed to mention one crucial fact: the staff keeps that entire basement area absolutely spotless, cleaning and washing every single inch daily. Their effort is tireless. The reality I witness firsthand is that the odor is caused by tenant negligence. Despite having dozens of free brown composting bins available and a large closed bin downstairs for food waste, some residents repeatedly bag up rotting food waste and dump it into the open recycling bins instead. It's fundamentally unfair to blame the concierges for a problem that is 100% dependent on tenants following the very clear and clean waste disposal system provided.”

“Got stuck on the road late at night with a punctured tyre and no chance of getting a tow. Locked the car and called Carriage Cars. They picked up straight away and reached me fast. Honestly felt like a rescue. Got home safely thanks to their quick response and solid service. Highly recommend.”

“Reception staff are extremely efficient and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean , basic ,but a good price for the quality and there is ample parking. The entrance from parking is shared with flats and its appearance is a bit grubby, but don’t be put off. Thank you”
