“I’ve gotten mine and my daughter’s hair washed, cut dry there a couple of times and it’s always been good. We got our hair dyed at the salon and it just washed out. Louise kindly spoke to me about the issue and re did both our hair with new colours that were ordered and it is 100% better. I shall continue to get our hair cut at the salon and am pleased that they were understanding and sorted it out.”
