“I came in for a skin scanner analysis. The staff were really welcoming when I first arrived and Emma was great. She put me at ease, explained what she was doing every step of the way and was really clear when talking me through the results. She recommended some products and treatments that would help with my problem areas but I didn't feel pressured into purchasing or booking anything on the spot like I have in some places in the past. All in all a positive experience!”

All the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the minute I step in the door I totally relax, especially if I know I have got a lovely facial to look forward to. I have had various treatments with both Vicky and Emily who are both really skilled therapists and I feel so at ease with both of them and am always very happy with the results. I have had lots of lovely comments about how good my skin looks from both family and friends and I have definitely also noticed a difference. My skin is glowing. Their commitment to hygiene is clear; all the tools were spotless. The service included a soothing leg massage with oil and hot stones, followed by warm towel wraps. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!”
