“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”

“Visited the Gucci store at Heathrow Airport recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. What really stood out was how they made us feel valued — taking their time, offering honest opinions, and making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. “If I could give Wahweda who was the sales assistant on the Privee range 10* I would, I have many bottles of this range it’s the only fragrance I wear . I was with my cousin and she wasn’t aware of the range and sold it to her . Waheeda knew all about the fragrances and about the layering. Even though I didn’t buy a bottle my cousin did . Waheeda had a bags with our initials made and gave a couple of samples . I just thought she had all the warmth and charisma of a wonderful assistant . Had to give her a big hug . Thank you Waheeda”

“Decent range of items. They also have changing rooms and a stock room in case they don't have your item. Items are also discounted from VAT which is nice. I was served by a friendly member of staff (Qasi) who helped me select some items. The store should be bigger given how popular it is .”
