“I would give more stars if I could. My husband has had to move surgery during chemotherapy treatment as we were out of area for our old surgery. We were very worried that blood tests, district nurse visits and appointments would suffer. Not at all. It was all handled professionally and empathetically. A huge shout out to Chloe on reception who went beyond for us and also to Dr Rae who called several times to make sure all was happening as it should. Finally, today we went for blood tests and the nurse (Jackie) again went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my husband had the right treatment and help. I feel privileged to be looked after by a wonderful team. Many thanks to all at The longcroft Surgery.”

“The staff on the Pharmacy section, all three of them, offered brilliant customer service this morning. I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.”
