“I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”

“Went in to Split Endz last week and was told by the owner that it's better to book an appointment, so i booked one for today. She doesn't do fresh cuts, so I had mine washed, cut and then blow dried, all the while wearing a black jacket covering and then a pink towel over my shoulders. I had long hair and wanted my hair to be cut to shoulder length and straight all the way across, which all cost £30. And as Lisa started cutting the back, she showed me with mirrors how it looks so far and asked if I was happy with the length or for it to be cut a bit more. The atmosphere, people who came in and the owner herself felt friendly and comfortable to be around and all throughout Lisa and I had good conversation about her shop and she answered any questions I had about hair. Remember Lisa, take the supplement Biotin for strong finger nails and head hair! (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧ At the end of the haircut I was surprised to see no stray hairs on my clothes, like it would usually happen when I go to the hairdressers, so you can honestly just go to this salon and then leave to go about your day, without having to change your clothes again. I had a pleasant first time experience here at this hairdressers and look forward to the next time I go in again.”

Every time I go there they are always so friendly, the cut is always good and the place is clean with a great feel to it. Have to say the free coffee and hot flannel work wonders when hungover! “I had a consultation initially with Dr Nilesh Agarwal which was offered quickly. He has a very calm natured demeanour that reassures you of his experience and knowledge. He was clear and to the point on what I needed and how he could help. The procedure date came literally 3 weeks later and went smoothly. The hospital team took care of me and the after support provided by Dr Agarwal was amazing. I managed to contact his PA on a Sunday and he even called me to check on my welfare cause I had concerns. Would highly recommend him. His PA is also very lovely and efficient with responding to any queries or messages.”

“Having known Arjun the chef from Everest and other places then to hear he is at dragons lounge so since then have been coming to DL for the last year. This weekend they hosted a party of 60 of us and from start to finish Arjun and his colleagues have been brilliant. They catered for all our needs and even last minute changes they didn’t get upset about. The food was exceptional. Chilli Garlic Mogo, aloo papdi chaat to the mains veg tawa etc I have had numerous messages from family members saying the food was great and that they all had a great time.
