“I have been using Metro Service Centre for many years even after moving away from the area I still take my vehicles up to them for MoT’s and associated work . Danny is always accommodating, friendly & helpful , Colin the main mechanic there is a very competent technician and the rest of the staff are always great to deal with . The work they do for me is always carried out to a high standard. I’ve never had a problem with the workmanship or the prices that they charge . I’d Recommend them without hesitation. They just carried out an MOT and service for me yesterday on a VW while I walked to the local Cafe and had breakfast, on my return the car was all done. .”

“I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”
