“I had my first visit to infinity tyres and Baz and P were great with changing my 4 tyres and doing wheel alignment. While doing the alignment one of my side was super seized up P tried his best to loosen it up but no luck. He said to go and change my track rod ends and come back and he will re do my alignment for free. They are a great team and have a great service with competitive prices. I definitely recommend to anyone give them a go many thanks my fiesta drives straight as a bullet now”

“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

The problems were explained to us in a very clear, understandable way, showing us the specific parts that were damaged and walking us through the repairs. It’s so nice to finally be able to have complete trust in a garage, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have earned two very loyal customers. My car is going in for its annual service tomorrow, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t have a pit of dread in my stomach—I know that any issues raised will be genuine, not made-up or exaggerated like I’ve had from garages in the past. And although in this day and age this shouldn’t have to be noteworthy, but as a woman, I really appreciate the way that none of the staff have given me that “you couldn’t possibly understand anything about cars—you’re a woman” vibe that I’ve gotten from so, so, so many other garages.”
