“I had an appointment today for a silk press which was booked last minute due to myself going on a last minute holiday and let me tell you!!! Best last minute decision I could have ever made. Cleo and her lovely assistant are so kind and hospitable! Customer service is the best I’ve received from a hair salon in years. They make you feel so comfortable and and constantly checking you’re happy with your hair. They are super gentle when handling you hair and the results came out amazing they really care about your hair and comfort and it shows. The staff in here are amazing and they were the ones who recommended some of the best snacks to eat especially the gusto puffs (they are really addictive). No matter how packed the store is, she takes charge and speeds up the queues quickly by opening another till or directing people to available self checkout kiosks, never imposing, always with a smile.
