“Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.”

“I have been visiting this shop for many years. Gerard Darel clothes are well made and stylish and a very acceptable price point in comparison with other designer brands. Each season the colours are always very flattering. I am loyal to this shop partly because the Manager, Ilona, has given me invaluable help over the years. She instinctively knows what will suit me and successfully encourages me to try styles I would not have immediately thought of. I wish there were more shops like this in Guildford.”

“Kinda surprised by the other reviews regarding staff. We were helped by Joycy, and she was super helpful and very pleasant. Also, we ended up losing our receipt to get reimbursement for lost bags. I was able to call and spoke with Sharada, and she took the time to immediately look up our receipt and email me a copy not even 5 minutes later. She really saved our button on that one. Thanks, Sharada! Inventory was a bit limited, and prices were a bit high. But, that is to be expected at an airport location. Overall, I was happy with the experience.”

“This company are scammers! Do not approach ……They told me they had a buyer for my diamond ring for the sum of 20k, they told me to leave my ring with them which I didn’t feel comfortable doing as I was very suspicious of the way they were talking….. lucky we didn’t leave it as we would never have seen it again, these people are called Vivek and Imran, please don’t be fooled by the talk, they are professional thieves, the police need intervene immediately!!!!”
