We would always carry out a diagnosis first and it is always reported and given to the customer his choice if he wants the repair to go forward we did not misdiagnose the vehicle Reported faults . he failed to say how old the vehicle was and the mileage the vehicle had covered also the parts are not sold by the garage we order parts from the dealers or a independent supplier if a nox sensor is needed we always order from a main dealer . Please feel free to see a cost of A stop start battery . I don’t even remember this customer and the pricing is inc Vat . We also offer the old parts if they want to get a second opinion . “I asked BodyTeq to spray and fit a grey bumper for my red Mazda 3, and I was blown away by the result. You could never tell that the bumper was originally from a grey Mazda and the colour match to the rest of the car was incredible. The new bumper looked even better than the original! As the paintwork is a 3 stage pearl, it is even more impressive that they were able to get such a great match. Zak, who looked after my car was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and went above and beyond for the repairs on my car and was able to look at other things I was concerned about such as the breaks. He talked me throughly through the repair process and what steps it would involve so I knew exactly what I would be paying for. As the bumper I bought from eBay wasn’t the exact match for the car, it took more time than I expected because they had to deal unexpected problems such as having to rewire the fog lights. The time taken was not an issue in the end considering the amazing result. I was informed that this workshop does a lot of insurance work, so you can be reassured that all the products used are of the highest quality. They really do not cut corners here!”
