“It would have been good to have an earlier appointment, but the appointment I was given was kept almost to the second, the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I'm a regular and high demand for services can sometimes cause stress in the system, but today was perhaps the best experience I've had of a UK GP surgery for years.”
