This is because they were helpful on the phone - they made suggestions which possibly I could have done to fix the problem without the expense of calling them out. I was unable to sort out the problem so they came the next day and fixed it almost immediately plus gave us some good advice. Their fee was fair and competitive and they were pleasant and helpful. “I came here at 8:30am to get my passenger rear wheel replaced with a new tyre. I had booked an appointment and arrived on time. I was able to wait whilst my wheel was changed and carry on working from my laptop in the office. I observed Shah (the manager) and another gentleman to be trying the best with appointments they had, even though they had a lot of staff sicknesses that day (it was a Monday). My wheel was replaced within an hour and I appreciated the customer service the entire way. Thanks!”
