This particular gym has truly benefited me, with excellent personal trainers, very friendly and helpful staff and incredible facilities for the membership My current trainer has worked tirelessly to help improve muscle strength and my flexibility. “I was a bit dubious of booking my appointment here after the reviews. But its my local, I don't drive and have a newborn baby so...... I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me.
