“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“The staff are friendly and efficient, but the Napa starter motor id giving ne probs less than a week later,and only used for 2 days. i got a replacement from them but I have to put a claim in for the extra labour, which I may get back once they've investigated the starter motor. Extra time wasted, extra money spent- neither of which I have much of!”

Dean provides excellent personalised customer service and doesn't just know cars but your car and its needs. Gave really good advice too - making it cost effective. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. I’m ashamed I can’t recall names but the service was perfect with everyone I met. Thank you guys See you again soon TG”

“Went early saturday morning, around 9am, didnt wait to long at all although it got busier before i left. Bloke was really nice, freindly, he spoke a reasonable level of english, communication was fine, he did a good job of fixing my hair after the previous barber messed it up. £13 including hot towel treatment.... great value imo Will be heading back in 3-4 weeks.
