“My elderly parents have just had their flu jab at McParland in Trelawney Avenue. It was their first time using this pharmacy, as they usually have it done at their GP surgery. They were treated so well by the staff and were “made a fuss of” (my mum’s words). Parking was easy as well. Why is this review 5 stars? Because the person I spoke with on the switchboard, approx 1600 on Friday 17th, was utterly brilliant.
