“I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). I only wish I had time to go more often! Thank you Studio K - especially Ginger and Sarah who I normally do classes with. Try out the taster sessions - you won’t regret it!”

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

“Roman is a fantastic martial arts teacher and we feel so lucky to have found him. Not only is he technically brilliant - and this alone sets him apart - he is also kind, clever, decent and good fun. He effortlessly manages the interruptions of me, my husband and my overly affectionate 4 year old whilst teaching my 11 year old in a way that is professional, fun and inspiring. “Our daughter has been enjoying Playball (Richmond) for the past two years now, and we intend to continue for as long as possible as she absolutely loves it! With Bonnie and Trevor's encouragement and expert tuition, we have watched our little girl grow in confidence and develop motor skills which support her physical development and ability, nurturing her interest and curiosity in sports and being generally more active. Something that particularly amazed me was when Trevor ran a special birthday playball session for about 15 toddlers for our daughters 3rd birthday (most of which had never participated in playball before), whereby, though his excitable and encouraging style, every child, without exception, remained engaged and participated the whole way through - other parents also commented at just how amazed they were to see their children enjoy it so much and to take part. Even those that had a tendency to be shy, or didnt know many of the other children, got stuck in! Thank you, Bonnie and Trevor, you guys have been simply amazing. Enjoy the summer and we look forward to returning to Playball again next term!”
