“This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. “A friend initially recommended Becky when I was interested in getting a PDO thread face lift, after exchanging some messages, I had a FaceTime consultation with Becky, and she gave me some other options that were much better suited and way less invasive. She could have easily let me go with the more expensive treatment and given me a treatment i didn’t need. I proceeded to have a few treatments done by Becky, she was so professional, incredibly knowledgable and soooo nice! I get anxiety going into these kind of settings as I’m not your usual girly girl, but Becky made me feel at ease and so comfortable immediately! In fact I enjoyed myself so much and loved hearing her passion for what she does that I decided to go on to complete my foundation training in dermal filler and anti wrinkle with her. She was an incredible teacher, and shared everything she knows, answered every question I had, and was accommodating enough to train me around my main job where I work shifts. She continues to be available whenever I have a question, and has become a really good friend! Would never go anywhere else. Thank you Becky sooo much for everything x”

“Fantastic garage, very nice helpful staff, we always use them for our MOTs servicing etc. noticed a grinding noise from brakes recently and when I contacted them they said bring it now and we’ll check it out as I was worried it wasn’t safe to drive, booked us in for new discs and pads as we were towing a caravan a few days later, highly recommended”

“To the best care team in the business, I am writing to you to make you aware of the absolute credit the staff on this ward are to the NHS! After my partner being admitted for 24hours the care was fantastic around the clock. From pre and post op assessments and medications to care and compassion given, we can not fault anybody what so ever. In particular the support worker Nicky(or Vicky) and the nurse Louise(or Leanne) these ladies were exceptional in caring for my partner during a very sensitive procedure. I would just like to send my gratitude and thanks to them and the rest of the team as I know from experience in the field myself it's no single person, but the multiple professionals that contribute to the care provided. The other departments are not over looked either the doctor and anaesthetist were also amazing I just couldn't possibly remember all the names (evidently!) Ps apologies for the possible name mix up it has been a very long 24hrs however I absolutely needed to send my thanks and praise to this department. I hope this email reaches them so they are reminded just how incredible and important they are in the roles they do everyday! Many thanks From an extremely grateful patient and partner!
