She was so patient and took the time to ask about my diet, skin concerns, and overall goals before starting the procedure. Compared to other practitioners I’ve been to where I’ve spent nearly £1,000 on multiple sessions (3 PRFs and 4 polynucleotides) with no visible improvement under my hollow eyes this experience has been completely different. She's about key beyond amazing and when you talk to her you can tell shes genuine and not just speaking to you because your a client and giving her money. I just have no words that compare to how amazing Charlotte is. She's restored my confidence i lost to bad aesthetic practitioners and I honestly could cry st how happy I am with what she's done. Super gorgeous clinic, immaculately clean, always in clean uniform. Gloves off and on constantly for hygiene. Makes you feel at ease and asks constantly during the treatment if your okay. The Biggest comment I have here is that for once in 6 years I have had someone care about me and not just about the money. I was shocked when she text me a couple of hours later asking if I was okay and how my face was! Then gave me a list of helpful info to go forward for aftercare. I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough and I'm a customer for life.
