βAttended this evening with my mum who had sustained a serious injury from a dog bite. Treated in urgent care by a lovely advanced practitioner Excellent care and minimal waiting time. Thank youβ
βI visited this clinic for a course of Avi Clear having visited Dr Nicole and I was really happy with the warm welcome I was given each time I arrived and the high standard I received for each and every treatment. I highly recommend this clinic and although my treatment has finished I will consider using them for other treatments and procedures.β
βThe staff at vets4pets are so understanding and told me the right thing to do for my doggy and showed so much empathy. Couldn't recommend more. Here's my doggy.β
βI would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.β
βThank you for all the pre-flight information & arrangements for Day 2 return tests. Makes life a lot easier. Will recommend to friends and family.β
βGood pharmacy prescription always ready when they text you staff always helpful and politeβ

βI have just completed my package to treat my dark circles and hollowness and I have never been so happy with a procedure and that is all thanks to Dr Awan, he is extremely professional and provides clear information, he helped me to customise the package to suit my needs and now I have regained my confidence as my under eyes look completely natural and is the result I was looking for. He is so talented in his work that I did a second procedure where he added filler to my nose and he delivered the exact shape I wanted in the most natural way. Thank you very much!β
βI cannot thank Jo enough for her warmth and listening. Her enthusiasm and evident care aligned to her warmth has been significant for me. I recommend her highly. Her website and access to some listening recordings are very useful. I highly recommend herβ
βNursing staff a credit to NHS. Clean and very helpful.β
βVisited for a flu vaccination, I was seen quickly. The pharmacist was friendly and scrupulous in his presentation. I can very much recommend this Pharmacy to others.β
βEvery member of staff that work in the chemist are always helpful and go above and beyond for their patients. They are always happy and always make time for their patients even when they are all run off there feet.β
βAlways excellent helpful service.β
βVery caring environment. 100 per cent care. Excellent staff and very professional. Edith is a gem! Dr Gatoff is the best, knowledgeable and empathetic and the best.β
βThe Hive is an absolutely outstanding medical practice. The admin staff are really helpful and approachable and the clinical team are superb. It is not a case of roulette and hoping for the one good GP, they are all very good and I can say Drs Thomson, Peet and Malpas really understand women's health and go out of their way to make you feel heard and genuinely care.β
βOur family have been patients here for several years now and haven't had any issues; either getting an appointment or with the treatment offered. I prefer the online access, including ability to send in photos and whilst we've needed to go in for an examination on occasion, I find telephone consultations much easier to fit in around work. My only wish would be for staff to let me know when to expect a call, to ensure I answer first time.β
βThe lady assigned to assess my son was amazing. She was so friendly and offered me so much help and advice. I didn't think we'd get an assessment so fast but we did (around 3-4 weeks after the first appointment).β
βHonestly I love this GP. Everyone seems to complain about the receptionist but every time iβve been in there iβve never had an issue at all theyβre all very kind and friendly and very well clued up too! Thereβs great doctors at this practice- however there is a very small minority of doctors maybe 1 or 2 that you would have to be very unlucky to get. Careless, dismissive and unhelpful - however once you know who to avoid cough Dr Watson cough and find a doctor you get along with and who cares which is most of them tbh, you will have a good experience. Iβve had a really tough time the last month and have had many appointments and theyβve always been so helpful and reassuring. Actually left one of my appointments with a smile just feeling so grateful for them helping me and being generally so lovely. Dr Price is the best iβve come across sheβs the best! I literally never write reviews but I was curious what other people thought and was genuinely shocked. The emergency appointment system is much better from when they used to make you log onto AskMyGP at 8am. Now you can call anytime from 8am to around 12 noon and then thatβs when they will start to triage all of their appointments in order or priority for that day. Much fairer, donβt have to be first in the queue just have to have a priority issue. Even routine appointments are quite good now too, longest I waited for an appointment on a routine basis was around 14days. Good for a routine appointment. The late evening appointments eg at 19:30 are a really good idea and very helpful. Only downside is the pharmacy is closed at those times so youβd have to wait till the following morning to pick it up from the pharmacy downstairs. Overall great practice par the couple bad apples.β
βI walked in at 8am and was given a same day appointment for 10am. I came back at 10am and within a very few minutes I was seen by Dr Anwar. She carried out a comprehensive examination and prescribed a course of treatment. Dr Anwar also contacted my pharmacy so that the medicine would be ready as I arrived there 10 minutes later. Within 24 hours the medicine was having a noticeably beneficial effect.β
