“The interior of the restaurant is really nice and was greeted with a smile by the staff. Very friendly and we were given few minutes to select a drink and then once our drinks had came, we were asked promptly for our food orders. The food itself is very nice, we shared a starter which was lovely and both had different main meals. The tikka masala is nice but does need more flavour in my opinion (I always think a more red and rich masala is super tasty but appreciate every chef does it differently). My partners main meal which has paneer is was lovely. They add 10% service charge onto the bill which many places do these days which I don’t mind at all (as long as they give good service). All in all a great place to enjoy some nice food and great service, we will definitely return in the future.”

“I visited on Saturday evening as I was very hungry- the atmosphere was welcoming. The menu has variety of options and the girl who helped me to choose the menu recommended Keema Pav and I was also looking for fish she suggested Tava fish with garlic naan - awesome choice of her's which I liked. Staff was even checking to see if everything was good and the food is top-notch quality. Highly recommended place!”

“My favourite Indian restaurant in the area. It does not go for an upmarket "authentic" style rather this is honest good value "Indian" food aimed at British taste. BYOB a huge bonus. Some sound-absorbing soft wall coverings would help as (see other reviews) it can get very noisy. But fortunately not for us this last visit !”

“After ordering a few amazing takeaways from this place we had to pop in to try the thali. Everything from the food to the service was incredible! Super friendly and welcoming staff and the tastiest vegan Indian food we've tried. The waiter even gave us the recipe for the drink that came with our thali because we loved it so much. “Gatley Tandoori Restaurant which is next door and separate to it's Takeaway. I visited for a family birthday celebration. Parking was on the street unfortunately some people had a walik. The restaurant doesn't have a alcohol licence but a supermarket and off licence are close by, the restaurant has information about them post on a wall. A number of children were present at our function and they were catered for. The staff were very polite and accommodating even with the children. A birthday cake was presented to the guest of honour. I can't testify as to whether or not the property is adequately wheelchair accessible as I'm not wheelchair bound but I can add that they do have disability toilet facilities grab bars and handrails etc. Hot & cold water was available (I've been to properties that don't have hot water). The property was clean and and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately I can't vouch for the vegetarian or dietary options. A Good time was had by all.”

“Great food and excellent service. Even the pickle tray went far beyond your average offering. The fish pakora was light and flavoursome. I recommend the balti paradise (pictured). Portion sizes are very good and I recommend sharing a rice portion/bread. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area.”

“Have used this takeaway for a number of years and always had great experience. Recently, however, I've noticed things have gone down hill. Tonight ordered a delivery and it arrived (Just Eat) after a long 70 minutes wait. The curry was leaking from it's container and the poppadoms were burnt - not just overcooked but charred around their edges : and they thought it acceptable to send them to a customer. No”
