“I had a great experience with Manchester Accident Repair Centre and I would highly recommend them. I had some minor damage done to my car by another vehicle and Manchester Accident Repair Centre were appointment by my Insurance company. They were very accommodating as they pushed my appointment forward to ensure I would have my car back ready for my MOT. Moreover, they picked up my car from work, leaving me with a curtesy car, and delivered my car back to work for me too. The work done on my car was great and expeditious as they only had it for 48 hours. I can’t fault it - The car was also cleaned both inside and out on its return. “I can't recommend Noman highly enough, his service was absolutely exceptional. My car had an obscure issue which took several weeks to get to the bottom of, and most people faced with the same challenge would have fobbed me off to go back to a main dealer, who would have charged me a fortune to fix the problem. Instead Noman took time over several visits checking and testing things, ordering parts etc to try to save me money. In the end he successfully fixed the issue, and saved me a load of money in the process. Several weeks down the line and everything is working perfectly and I'm delighted. “Stevo is a mechanical legend. The Mrs, somehow broke my van side door - took it off the runners and wasn't able to lock/it was coming open when driving. As it came when I'd procured the van off a mate for the purpose of moving and she immediately broke the side door, I was less than impressed. Stevo to the rescue! Sorted the door out in less than ten minutes, real friendly bloke - perhaps the fixed door has rescued my relationship. Can't recommend enough.”

“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them. I have an Escalade and although I have a competent and trustworthy mechanic I’ve been using for years, they just weren’t very knowledgeable or enthusiastic about working on it. It was really refreshing to get a quick and enthusiastic response from Neil to my initial query. This gave me the confidence to take the Escalade on a 360 mile round trip to get it looked at. It was definitely worth spending a million pounds on fuel getting it there and back;) Nearly all my issues were resolved on the day. Neil explained my options for the issues that couldn’t be immediately resolved and was transparent with the costs. This allowed me to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. So, if like me you’re struggling to get your regular mechanic to look at your vehicle, just take it here. You won’t regret it.”

“James on 1st visit not only sourced the issue with my parking assist, after checking all fuses and running a diagnostic test it transpired my warning beeper was no more - of course obvs original part no longer available so with his advice i ordered one that he recommended after we both searched online, on 2nd visit he removed wires from the failed unit and resoldered to new unit and connected to parking sensor box refitted all working great now”
