Christos is so approachable and down to earth. He quickly and methodically starts his assessment and treatment. He develops a treatment plan which includes homework with exercises. He writes the homework on the white board and you take a picture. Quick and easy. It works brilliantly! What I really like too is how much more he offers during his treatments including using the latest technologies. After one treatment I had a 80% improvement. I am delighted. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I like a firm massage and Carmen certainly did that. She did check the pressure was O.K. I have a bad lower back and Carmen did lots to help relieve this. My shoulders were also very tense and Carmen worked her magic. It definitely was a deep tissue massage. I felt great. Afterwards Carmen talked to me about my body and the parts she worked on. βHad to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I canβt fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. Iβm actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.β
