“I recently had four tyres changed at the Stretford branch and despite a pressure fault arising a couple of days laters, the staff were fantastic and their customer service was exemplary. Following a return visit within 24-hours of informing them of the problem, I was invited to return to get the problem sorted. Within 20-minutes, I was handed my vehicle back.
