“I was so impressed with Hamid , right from the first contact he was very helpful and responsive. Having returned from working in India I thought my battery had died, but turned out my alternator and belt needed replacing. Hamid was quick to identify the issue , told me where to buy parts . Once they had been delivered he came the very next day having already given me labour quote. He was punctual, professional and focussed and completed the job within the hours he had predicted. “We turned up as a party of 5, late notice on a Sunday evening after a long drive from the West Country. Despite the kitchen about to close, the lady who served us was extremely accommodating and we were soon served with absolutely lovely Sunday roast dinners; delicious food and plenty of it, nothing was too much trouble. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. I had tried several other garages only to be told would have to call back another time and don't know what your problem could be and even waiting in a reception to be ignored!
