“Our dog got attacked and sadly needed to be put to sleep. Vets 4 pets did everything they could to help her but unfortunately the wounds suffered where to severe. We could clearly see the team and Nile care about the wellbeing of animals who end up in their care. They treat our companions in such a humanely manor and therefore I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a family animal in need of help. Thank you for looking after our Sadie and doing everything to save her life.”

Do not hesitate to take your car to Martin, he is the best and will always explain what is needed to be done. “Came Down last week to have 2 tyres fitted and was greeted by a lovely Lady and Gentleman I believe they were called Blanka and Tom. They offered me somewhere to sit and a lovely hot drink whilst I waited for the technician Andre to fit my tyres. Was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely Brilliant service would highly recommend coming to this autocentre and I will definitely be using them more often in the future. Thank you and what a wonderful Team you guys are.”

“Nice modern cinema based in Bolton's indoor market shopping centre. Plenty of parking in the multistory next door. We called during the day and virtually had it ho ourselves. Staff are nice and friendly. Very clean inside. Nice clean toilets. There's a bar serving alcohol and tea/coffee as well as snacks. A nice seating area for waiting before you go in.”

“I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.”

“I can't thank the staff enough at Vet Care Bolton. Our little dog has had various health issues since we got her but recently she has been having a really difficult period of ill health. The vets are kind and compassionate and as a pet owner I feel listened to. Nothing is too much work and they give brilliant advice. The nurses are wonderful as is Rosanne the brilliant Client Care Manager. What has been a really stressful time recently has been made much easier for us as a family as a result of the care provided by the staff at Vet Care. A positive review really doesn't cover how much I would recommend the practice.”

“Dentist allows me and my partner to have appointments next to each other which is very convienient. They are always understanding and accomodating of my conditions/illnesses and needs. For example they treat me downstairs if i am unable to get upstairs for treatment.”

“It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“My daughter had her 4th birthday party 19th October. The staff and especially the owner was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby, definitely the best play centre in the area. Thank you to all the staff, Ashleigh aswel for being the best party host for my little girl. “I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

“I stayed at a Travelodge many years ago and it was pretty basic, I remember asking for an extra pillow and the staff disappeared and was never seen again, fast forward to Bolton's Travelodge and it was a totally different experience, the staff where helpful and welcoming, the room was basic but well proportioned and very clean, the bed was comfy. There was a bar and eating area with food on offer. My only niggle was the room was very hot and there is no A/C so had the have the window open, unfortunately it's quite close to a main road and it was like trying to sleep next to a race track, every person within a 20 mile radius that had a sports exhaust and a turbo was racing about till 4 am.”

“Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

Communicated all the way through the procedure and gave daily updates and got my car back on the road in no time alongside giving the inside and out a clean and an MOT.
